How do you plan a career when everything changes ALL of the time? When there's so much uncertainty? This approach to career planning builds in flexibility so that you can keep moving ahead, without losing your way when the way takes an unexpected turn!
"How to plan a career in an ever-changing environment" was the central question of my MBA thesis in 2014 which lead to a Strategic Planning approach that's "iterative". It's a way of managing your career so that you can seize opportunities and work around unexpected challenges (like being grounded in a pandemic!).
In my research, I used artists and their environment as the background. So, you should find that the approach makes sense for artists, as it was created with you in mind!
